Europe/USA/Australia Basing - Seasonal Contracts Available

Minimum requirements are as follows:
- For A320 and B737EFIS/NG : 600 hours PIC time on type
- For B777: 1500 hours PIC time on type
- Total 3000 hours PIC time
- Last flight must be within 12 months
- Valid ATP license with no limitations, valid passport, Class A Medical
- Maximum age 57, CAAC ATP license holder 58 (Must be from a country which has diplomatic relations with China)

Domicile: Shanghai, China. (B737NG can also select Wuhan or Taiyuan)

Term:
2 years initial contract. Renewable for 3 years.

Compensation:

Total Compensation:
B777: $18,000 (net) per month
A320: $15,500 (net) per month
B737: $15,500 (net) per month
B777:

Base salary: $16,500/mo
Travel allowance: $500/mo
Housing Allowance: $500/mo
Safety Bonus: $500/mo (paid annually)
B737/A320: Base salary: $14,000/mo Travel Allowance: $500/mo Housing Allowance: $500/mo Safety Bonus: $500/mo (paid annually)

Overtime:
For the A320 and B737: 70 hours. Overtime paid at $200/hr.
For the B777: 80 hours. Overtime will be paid at $215 per hour.

Seasonal Contracts: Choose your scheduling option! 1. Select 6/7/8/9/10/11 months of working per year.
2. Pay is determined by length of time in China.
a. For example, B737 Captain chooses to work 8 months per year.
b. Base salary $15,500 * 8 = $124,000.
c. Travel allowance, Housing Allowance, Safety bonus included during months you work.
d. NOTE: Seasonal contracts MUST work during peak seasons (July to September, and Chinese New Year)

All taxes in China paid by China Eastern.
- For the A320 and B737: 70 hours. Overtime paid at $200/hr.
- For the B777: 80 hours. Overtime will be paid at $215 per hour.

Overseas Basing:
The Operating Base shall be Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai, China, and other Points outside of China as agreed by CEA. 
When there is a suitable number of foreign pilots who can come from a specific city, meaning their home residence is either at the specific city or is logistically and relatively close. 
For example Sydney can be a foreign pilot base for pilots that live in New Zealand or other places in Australia, but it is the full responsibility of these foreign pilots to get themselves to/from Sydney and in their own time (meaning it is not duty time). 
This option is at the sole discretion of CEA.

Scheduling:
- For the A320 and B737: 3 weeks on, 1 week off. OR…6 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
- For the B777: 20 days on and 10 days off. Or 40 days on and 20 days off.

Paid Annual Leave: 
10 days per year. Or take 21 days annual leave with no overtime payment.
Seasonal Contracts: take 8 days of paid leave per year, OR…take 18 days paid leave if no overtime payment.

Travel Support:
12 International economy class per year on MU for pilot & family & parents & parents in-law. Confirmed economy, upgradeable to business class (space available). 
Although CEA is a part of SkyTeam, there are no SkyTeam travel benefits at this time.

Sick Leave:
8 days per year

Training Pay:
From the start of ground training (max 3 months): $11,000/mo
From the start of line training (max 3 months): $12,000/mo
Hotel is provided during training.
For B737efis candidate, training pay will cover the period until you are qualified on the B737-800.
