Introduction of Uni-Top Airlines
Uni-top Airlines, as a model of Chinese privately owned cargo airlines, is based at Wuhan, China. They have been committing themselves to foreign Captains and First Officers recruitment in recent years. Registered in 2008 and formally operating in 2011, Uni-top Airlines achieved amazing achievements in air freight transportation with the goal of “Based in China; Serving Globally”. At present, Air routes of Uni-top covers over 60 international cities. They own 3 Boeing 747-200F, 1 Boeing 747-400F and 7 Airbus 300-600. This year, Uni-top ordered another 3 Airbus 300-600, therefore they have desperate desire to A300-600 Captains and First Officers right now. With the increasing demands of Chinese import and export trades, Uni-top is believed to be very promising and competitive. This company aims at expanding more air routes from Wuhan to most of overseas countries in Europe, South America, as well Asian African areas in next five years.
Minimum requirements are as follows:
- 1000 hours PIC time on widebody/heavy jets
- Total time 5000 hours
- Valid ATP license with no limitations
- Valid passport,
- Class A Medical Age requirement: 35-55
- Must be from a country which has diplomatic relations with China
- Must present a criminal history showing no history of criminal activity
Domicile Wuhan, China
Term 5 year initial contract. Renewable.
Resident and Commuter options are available (all amounts are net. Uni-Top will pay your taxes in China)
Resident Contract:
Total Compensation: $21,453 per month (75 hours minimum)
Schedule: Minimum 4 consecutive days off per month (10+ total average)
- Base Salary: $3,600 per month
- Safety Bonus: $52/hour (expected total $3,900/mo)
- Flight Allowance: $116/hour (expected total $8,700/mo)
- Residence Allowance: $1,050/month
- Insurance Allowance: $1,000/month
- Children's Education Allowance: $1,500/month (this applies to everyone on contract...married/single)
- Flight Ticket Allowance: $870/month
- Contract Completion Bonus: $50,000 paid at the end of 5 years
- Per Diem: $70 per day for international travel, $30 per day for domestic (current average is around $290 to $435/mo)
- Overtime: $226/hour (above 75 hours) Current average is about 5-6 hours of overtime per month.
- 10 days of paid annual leave per year
Commuter Contract:
Total Compensation $17,504 per month, net. (Based on 60 hours)
Schedule: 20 days on, 10 days off per month.
- Base Salary: $3,600 per month
- Safety Bonus: $52/hour (expected total $3,120/mo)
- Flight Allowance: $116/hour (expected total $6,960/mo)
- Insurance Allowance: $800/month
- Hotel Allowance: $1050/month
- Flight Ticket Allowance: $870/month
- Transportation Allowance: $500/month
- Contract Completion Bonus: $36,225 paid at the end of 5 years
- Per Diem: $70 per day for international travel, $30 per day for domestic (current average is around $290 to $435/mo)
- Overtime: 61-70 hours: $226/hour
71-80 hours: $284/hour
80+ hours: $400/hour
Annual Leave:
Resident contract: 10 days per year
Commuter contract: 20 days on, and 10 days offer per month. No additional paid leave
Insurance:
Sino Jet Beijing will provide medical insurance plan for the pilot. Total cost up to $8150 per year. Additional coverage (including Loss of License insurance) is available through the Wasinc group medical/dental plan which will cover you and your family anywhere in the world. Training Pay:
After passing interview, and until receiving CAAC license: Commuters receive $5,000/mo. Residents receive $6,000/mo
During license transition training (for non-rated): Commuters receive $8,000/mo and Residents $10,000/mo
After completion of transition training, until line check: Commuters receive $11,000/mo and Residents $13,000/mo
Full pay after successful line check
Interviews:
The interview will take place in China, and will consist of a written ATP test, medical check, and a simulator evaluation. Hotel and air transportation will be provided to/from the interview.
