Minimum Requirements:

1500 hours PIC on type
Current on type within 12 months
3000+ hours total PIC time
Valid/current ATPL issued from a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
Valid passport issued by a country that has diplomatic relations with the Peoples Republic of China
Valid/current Class A (First Class) Medical
No history of incidents or accidents. Must provide a letter from your current/previous employer.
ICAO Level 4 (or equivalent) English proficiency
No criminal history. Must provide a notarized and authenticated proof of no criminal history document from your home country government AND the government of the country you reside (if applicable)
Maximum age 57 years, OR 58 years for CAAC license holder
No license limitations

Compensation and Benefits:

$18,000 (net) per month

Base salary:  $16,500/mo
Travel allowance:  $500/mo
Housing Allowance:  $500/mo
Safety Bonus:  $500/mo  (paid annually)

*80 hour minimum guarantee

*Overtime > 80 hours @ $215/hour

*Initial contact term two (2) years with renewal at 3 year increments

*Base: Shanghai, China  (basing outside of China is available depending on the number of pilots interested in non-China base. This could include USA, Europe, Australia)

Scheduling: 20 days on, 10 days off, OR 40 days on, 20 days off

Seasonal Contracts:  Choose your scheduling option!
1. Select 6/7/8/9/10/11 months of working per year.
2. Pay is determined by length of time in China.
        a. For example, B777 Captain chooses to work 8 months per year.
        b. Base salary $18,000 * 8 = $144,000/yr 
        c. Travel allowance, Housing Allowance, Safety bonus included during months you work.
        d.  NOTE:  Seasonal contracts MUST work during peak seasons (July to September, and
                         Chinese New Year)

Paid Annual Leave: 10 days per year, OR 21 days per year if no overtime payment.  
For Seasonal Contracts, 8 days per year, OR 18 days per year if no overtime payment

Travel Support: 12 round trip tickets on China Eastern routes.  Confirmed economy with standby for business class.

Sick leave: 8 days per year
