Air China Cargo, B777 Captain, based in Shanghai.  Accepting B737-800, B757/767, B747-400 and B777 time.

Minimum requirements are as follows:
Rated Captains: 500 hours PIC time on type (total 2000 hours PIC time)
Non-rated Captains (B737/757/767) : 1000 hours PIC time on type (5000 hours total time on type)
Non-rated Captains (B747-400): 500 hours PIC time on type (2000 hours total PIC time)
5000 hours total time
Current within 12 months (must have a valid/current PC)
Valid ATP license, valid passport, Class A Medical
Must be from a country with diplomatic ties to China
No incidents or accidents, no license limitations
Maximum age 57 for rated Captains, 55 for non-rated Captains (B747-400), and 50 for non-rated Captains (B737-800, B757, B767)

Domicile: Shanghai, China

Term:
Rated Captains: 2 years from date of hire, renewable.

Non-rated Captains: 4 years from date of hire, renewable.

Salary: 
Total Compensation: $282,000 USD/year + Annual Bonus

Non-rated Captains will be on reduced salary for the first 2 years. NOTE: the total amount of reduced salary over 2 years is $48,000 ($2,000 reduction per month). It will be repaid as a bonus at the end of the 3rd and 4th year ($24,000 for the 3rd year and another $24,000 for the 4th year). In other word, at the completion of the 4-years contract, Non-rated captains will receive the same amount of compensation as the rated captains.

Option 1:
72 days paid leave per year
Total Compensation:
PIC Captains $23,500 USD/month (Shanghai Base), $21,500 USD/month (Beijing Base), Plus Bonus SPIC Captain $22,000 USD/month (Shanghai Base), $20,000 USD/month (Beijing Base), Plus Bonus

Option 2:
6 weeks on/2 weeks off plus 10 days paid leave per year
Total Compensation:
PIC Captains $22,000 USD/month (Shanghai Base), $20,000 USD/month (Beijing Base), Plus Bonus
SPIC Captains $20,500 USD/month (Shanghai Base), $18,500 USD/month (Beijing Base), Plus Bonus

Option 3: 
20 days on/10 days off plus 20 days paid leave per year
Total Compensation:
PIC Captains $20,500 USD/month (Shanghai Base), $18,500 USD/month (Beijing Base), plus bonus
SPIC Captains $19,000 USD/month (Shanghai Base), $17,000 USD/month (Beijing Base), plus bonus
Above amounts are AFTER tax, and include salary, living allowance and travel allowance.

Training pay:
60% of Monthly Basic Salary plus $1,500 of Housing plus Shanghai Base allowance during type rating training
60% of Monthly Basic Salary plus full amount of Housing and Shanghai Base allowance during theory training (about 2 months)
80% of Monthly Basic Salary plus full amount of Housing, travel allowance and Shanghai Base allowance during supervised line training (length depends on skill level)
Paid as SPIC from the 4th month for rated captains during training period
Paid as SPIC from the 7th month for Non-rated captains during training period

NOTE: Air China Cargo uses two designations for Captains: PIC Captain and SPIC Captain.

SPIC (2nd Pilot in Command) are fully qualified and allowed to take off, cruise, and land. Their flight time is recorded in the logbook as PIC time. Since most flights are staffed with two Captains, the most senior will always be a PIC Captain. Major decisions such as diversions, etc. are always the responsibility of the PIC Captain. You can expect to be upgraded from SPIC Captain to PIC Captain in 1-2 years depending on flight experience and performance.

Benefits:
O/T rate is $250 for PIC and $225 for SPIC.
Employee Travel - 7 International Round Trip tickets per year on Air China (for use by pilot and family). 
Jumpseat available for pilot on all Air China flights

Bonus:
After completion of: 2 Years - $3,000 USD, 3 Years - $3,900 USD, 4 Years - $4,875 USD, 5 Years - $5,850 USD, 6 Years - $6,730 USD, 7 Years - $7,400 USD, 8 Years - $7,770 USD
9 Years - $7,925 USD, 10 Years - $8,000 USD

Contract Renewal:
If you renew your contract, the base salary will increase $500 per month.

Days Off:
Around 12 or more days per month depending on flight hours

Sick Leave:
1-12 days: full salary paid sick leave 13-30 days: 40% of basic monthly salary plus living allowance
Transportation allowance (1,000 USD per month) will stop during sick leave.

Travel Benefits:
7 round trip standby tickets of international flights on Air China per year after complete the first 6 months of service (must pay tax and fuel surcharge). For use by pilot and immediate
family. Jumpseat available for pilot on all ACC flights.

Accommodations:
ACC will provide 4-start hotel accommodations while on duty. They will also provide one week of hotel accommodations when you start training to give you time to find an apartment.

License details:
- China does not allow any limitations on your ATP. If you have the limitation “CIRC APPRCH – VMC ONLY” it must be removed, but you can do it after the interview.
- Must have ICAO Level 4 English Proficiency listed on ATP license.
