The Agency is seeking to establish a reserve list for recruitment of Junior Aviation Professionals (AD 5) (F/M).

The Agency is based in Cologne, Germany and employs more than 800 professionals from across Europe. 

Join the next generation of aviation talents at EASA and check-in to participate in the Junior Qualification Programme (JQP) if you:

- Are a recent graduate or soon to be graduating in the fields of aviation and engineering

- Can convince with very good academic records and linguistic skills, including fluency in English

- Have a keen ambition in developing an aviation career in an expertise-driven, international organisation

The JQP extends over a period of approximately 2 years, as a part of a standard 5 years contract. During this time, you can experience the unique opportunity to contribute to rewarding aviation safety projects while being mentored by highly experienced professionals. A tailored development plan navigates you through the JQP, which consists of rotations in different business areas and intensive on and off-the-job training. 

Employment conditions will typically include recruitment at entry level on a standard 5 years contract and an attractive salary and benefits package.
